SWI Inc. (SWI), a leader in advanced telecommunication services for wireless, wire-line, IoT and enterprise solutions, announces that Rashid Iqbal has joined the company as it’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Iqbal is an accomplished telecom executive with global exposure managing operations on five continents. He has extensive experience in delivering operational excellence in the ICT arena across North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. His expertise involves Strategy, Innovation, Sales, International Growth and P&L Management.
In this role, Iqbal is responsible for the company’s Global Business. He will focus on diversifying the portfolio of services with innovative, cost effective solutions for North America and further fuel the international expansion of SWI.

Iqbal is a seasoned telecom executive who brings more than 21 years of experience, most recently with LCC International, a Tech Mahindra company, where he was Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Turkey region. At LCC, he held several senior management roles in the Americas including SVP of Strategy, Sales & Operations, VP of Engineering Services and SVP of Customer Engagement.
Iqbal, serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of International Studies at the University of Oklahoma.
Iqbal started his career at Walmart Stores Inc. at their corporate headquarters as an Analyst and later worked for Pacific Bell Mobile Services (currently AT&T) in the western part of The United States
He is graduate from the University of Oklahoma, in Norman.
